EZ Auto Service provides mobile automotive repair, servicing, diagnostics, inspections, air conditioning servicing, auto electrical work, and accessory installation throughout Perth, Western Australia.

2. Quotes & Pricing

• All quotes are estimates based on the information provided by the customer.

• Final pricing may vary if additional faults, damaged components, or unforeseen work is discovered during inspection or repair.

• We will seek customer approval before carrying out additional chargeable work.

 

3. Bookings

• Bookings are subject to availability.

• We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, traffic conditions, vehicle breakdowns, illness, or unforeseen circumstances.

• Customers should provide accurate vehicle information when making a booking.

 

4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:

• Provide safe and legal access to the vehicle.

• Ensure the vehicle is parked in a suitable location for repairs.

• Disclose any known faults or previous repairs.

• Remove valuables from the vehicle before service.

 

EZ Auto Service is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings left inside the vehicle.

5. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept approved payment methods including credit/debit cards and online payment links.
Late payments may incur additional recovery costs where permitted by law.

6. Parts
We use quality replacement parts from reputable suppliers.
Where customers request the use of supplied parts, EZ Auto Service cannot guarantee the quality, compatibility, or warranty of those parts and accepts no responsibility for failures caused by customer-supplied components.

7. Warranty
We stand behind our workmanship.
Unless otherwise stated:

• Labour is covered by our workmanship warranty.

• Parts are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.

• Warranty does not cover:

  • normal wear and tear;

  • misuse or abuse;

  • accidents;

  • racing or commercial use where not intended;

  • failures caused by unrelated vehicle faults;

  • customer-supplied parts.

Warranty claims must be reported as soon as reasonably possible.

8. Diagnostic Services
Vehicle diagnostics identify faults based on available testing and information at the time of inspection.
Some faults may require further testing, dismantling, or specialist diagnosis before an accurate repair recommendation can be made.
Diagnostic fees are payable regardless of whether repairs proceed.

9. Vehicle Inspections
Inspection reports reflect the visible condition of the vehicle at the time of inspection.
They do not guarantee future mechanical reliability or identify hidden defects that cannot reasonably be detected without dismantling.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, EZ Auto Service is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services or this website.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any consumer guarantees that cannot legally be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
