Cancellation Policy

To ensure a smooth and efficient service experience, please review our booking policy below: 1. All bookings require a $100 deposit to secure your appointment. The deposit will be deducted from the final invoice upon completion of the service. 2. Bookings are confirmed only once the deposit has been received. 3. Customers are responsible for providing accurate vehicle details, service requirements, and the service location at the time of booking. 4. A suitable and safe workspace must be available for our technician to carry out the service. 5. Travel within our standard service area is included. Services requested outside of our designated service area may incur an additional travel fee, which will be advised and agreed upon prior to the appointment being confirmed. 6. Payment of the remaining balance is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. 7. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. 8. Deposits may be forfeited for cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or in the event of a no-show. 9. If our technician is unable to complete the service due to incorrect booking information, vehicle inaccessibility, or an unsafe working environment, a call-out fee may apply. 10. We reserve the right to refuse or reschedule appointments due to adverse weather conditions, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances. 11.
